FAQ
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing settings. Stripe handles pro-rating automatically.
What happens to my links if I cancel?
All your existing short links keep working forever. You'll lose access to premium features (coloured QR, custom domains, premium analytics), but the links themselves stay live.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not happy within 30 days of any payment, email hello@comprs.me and we'll refund you, no questions.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
Not yet — the free plan is generous enough that it's effectively a permanent trial. If you'd like a trial of a paid plan to evaluate a specific feature, email us.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 17% (two months free). Toggle the monthly/yearly switch at the top.
Do you handle VAT for EU/UK customers?
VAT is automatically calculated and collected by Stripe based on your billing country, and reflected on your invoice.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple/Google Pay. SEPA Direct Debit available for EU customers on annual plans.
